PASS = success: support for Pebble, it's STD, Rock, and it's STD
RUN = success, but cannot self host
PART = partial success: support for Pebble and Rock, but no libraries
BROKEN = passes or partial support, but does not match canonical behavior
BLOCK = failed: some error preventing compiling involving a dependency
FAIL = failed: some error preventing compiling in the code itself

 - Please note there is no tier system, this is simply so they may be
addressed by a numerical value -

1: OpenBSD AMD64 7.9: PASS
2: Linux ARM64 6.18 GLIBC: PASS
3: DragonFlyBSD AMD64 6.4-RELEASE: BLOCK
4: ReactOS i386 NT 5.2: BLOCK
5: FreeBSD AMD64 15.0: RUN
6: PureDarwin AMD64 17.4: RUN
7: linux AMD64 7.1.8 GLIBC: PASS

NOTES:

1: OpenBSD is the canonical platform: expected to always work. Builds
which do not work on OpenBSD shall be rejected, and builds on
platforms which are not OpenBSD that behave differently from OpenBSD
builds shall be marked invalid and rejected.
2: Linux & GLIBC is close enough to POSIX, so the POSIX STD can be used.
3: Appears to be related to Zig's Standard Library
4: Zig's Standard Library expects newer APIs
5: Due to issues with FreeBSD's LIBC linking in Zig 0.15.2, the standard
   library cannot be built.
6: Due to obvious limitations, self-hosting was not attempted.
7: no problems at all
